Hook Balances
In our web-page you will find hook balances for industry. Industrial hook balances have a big display Hook Balances up to 20 kg and a bright display which can be clearly read from a relatively far distance.to read the weight properly. The smallest of our hook balances have a weight range up to 20 kg and a bright display which can be clearly read from a relatively far distance. TK-x series hook balances have a weighing range up to 20 t. Thanks to their infrared remote control, hook balances can be used under harsh conditions (only in some models). Hook balances have a safety factor of 4. Maximum safety overload protection: 400% in all the weighing ranges (some models have an overload safety factor of 5/500%). Spare units like line charger and accumulators are available in all our hook balances. Hook balances can be accompanied with ISO calibration certificates. Calibration includes a laboratory calibration certificate (with the customer details). If you don't find the hook balances you are looking for, please contact us
by calling our offices: +44 ( 0 ) 2380 98703 0 and we will help you to find the best solution to suit your needs and our technical staff will advise you regarding our balances. Our engineers and technicians will be happy to help you with the hook balances, and of course, with the other products in the field of regulation and control, and measuring instruments

Here, you can see other details of our hook balances with a weight range from 100 kg to 20,000 kg. Hook balances are often recommended to be used in the loading ramp owing to the weight of the load can be read directly. However, they are also commonly used in the production field, for instance to elevate a drum to read the weight and to see conclusions directly in the production site. In the upper images you can see hook balances in a galvanized installation. Hook balances must be verified when they are used to determine the price of a product according to its weight. More information about our PCE-MCWLT6M series hook balances is available at the following link.

Verification Verification certificate for Hook Balances.of hook balances (only for those which can be verified) can be performed by the local authorized Calibration certificate for Hook Balances.verification or by the PCE Instruments company. Once an official verification has been done the hook balances cannot be recalibrated using an external calibration weight. The first verification is valid for two years, but each following validation is good for one year and must be done annually. We recommend to those companies that wish to make an internal quality control to their hook balances to recalibrate them annually or to require an ISO calibration certificate. If you wish to obtain more information regarding the verification of hook balances or if you need balances verified, contact your local authorized verification centre. You could also consult one of our engineers or technicians if you have any questions. To meet the ISO 9,000 standard, certificates consists on a laboratory calibration and a certificate with the results of the testing.
The name of the company or the details of the person who order the scale will appear in the certificate (except for series II balances which have to be verified in situ).
