Load balances.
In our web-page you will find load balances for industry. Industrial load balances have a big display to read the weight properly. The smallest of our load balances have a weight range up to 20 kg and a bright display which can be clearly read from a relatively far distance. TK-x series load balances have a weighing range up to 20 t. Thanks to their infrared remote control, load balances can be used under harsh conditions. (only in some models). load balances have a safety factor of 4. Maximum safety overload protection: 400% in all the weighing ranges (some models have an overload safety factor of  5/500%). Spare units like line charger and accumulators are available in all our load balances. load balances can be accompanied with ISO calibration certificates. Calibration includes a laboratory calibration certificate (with the customer details). Here, you can see other details of our load balances with a weight range from 100 kg to 20.000 kg. load balances are often recommended to be used in the loading ramp owing to the weight of the load can be read directly. However, they are also commonly used in the production field, for instance to elevate a drum to read the weight and to see conclusions directly in the production site. Verification of load balances (only for those which can be verified) can be performed by the local authorized verification or by the PCE Group company. Once an official verification has been done the load balances cannot be recalibrated using an external calibration weight. The first verification is valid for two years, but each following validation is good for one year and must be done annually. We recommend to those companies that wish to make an internal quality control to their load balances to recalibrate them annually or to require a ISO calibration certificate. If you wish to obtain more information regarding the verification of load balances or if you need balances verified, contact your local authorized verification centre. You could also consult one of our engineers or technicians if you have any questions. To meet the ISO 9000 standard, certificates consists on a laboratory calibration and a certificate with the results of the testing. In the certificate the name of the company or the details of the person who order the scale will appear except for series II balances which have to be verified in situ).
