Laboratory Requirements

The laboratory is defined as a workplace where various scientific experiments as well as quality or process controls in physics, chemistry, biology or pharmacy are performed. Depending on the application area, there are different requirements for a laboratory and the appropriate laboratory equipment. Laboratory equipment the term for the apparatus, laboratory supplies and chemicals used in a laboratory, for example tools and measuring instruments, laboratory glassware and instruments, chemicals and reagents. Not only the specific work environment, but also the physical and chemical pollutions the laboratory equipment is subjected to make specific demands on the products used. Hazardous materials and toxic or environmentally harmful materials, chemicals and other supplies are part of the day-to-day work in laboratories and require extreme care. The resulting emphasis that is put on the quality of the products is self-evident. If you can't find the chromatography equipment you are looking for, please contact us and we will help you find the best solution which suits your needs: UK customers +44(0) 23 809 870 30 / US customers (561) 320-9162. Our technical staff will advise you regarding our products. Our engineers and technicians will be happy to help you with the laboratory requirements, and of course, with the other products in the field of regulation and control, measuring instruments or scales and balances of PCE Instruments Ltd.

Laboratory apparatuses
One part of the laboratory equipment is compromised of the laboratory apparatuses. Laboratory apparatuses refer to all kinds of instruments, vessels and tools that help to conduct syntheses, analyses and investigations in any kind of laboratory work.

Expendable materials
Expendable materials are also part of the laboratory equipment. This refers to all substances, materials and items which are required for experimental procedures, but must be disposed of after a single or multiple uses. In addition to protective clothes or consumables such as air or water, it also includes special hygiene and cleaning programs.

Laboratory chemicals
Laboratory chemicals complete the laboratory equipment. These include a wide variety of chemicals, reagents or nutrient solutions for microbiological research. These materials usually require a separate storage in special containers to prevent risks and minimize external influences.
