Distance transducers
Distance transducers are used to get the same thickness or length in the production of special pieces. In rolling mills, distance transducers are used to roll identical pieces. Transducers for measuring distance are also important in the level control to check level in different vessels. Distance transducers combined with a controller can control a discharge valve  or introduce liquid in a given vessel. Transducers for measuring distance can be used in places where a certain length is required. A distance transducer allows the detection of a material length and transfer it to a controller, for instance to a saw, to know where a cut should be done.
