Coating Thickness Meter Surfix F/N precise data logger meter for coating thickness measurement on ferrous and non-ferrous metal base materials
The Coating Thickness Meter Surfix® F/N is suitable for laboratories and for harsh conditions. This meter measures coating film thickness of all non-magnetic coatings such as varnish, paint, enamel, chrome, copper, zircon and of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Electrically insulating coatings, such as lacquer, paint and anodising coatings of ferrous and non-ferrous metals are also accurately measured. The built-in IP52 safeguards guarantee protection against dust and water. The thickness meter display uses the menu features of a mobile phone to provide simple operating instructions. A choice of languages - English, French or German - guarantees operator confidence. The innovative coating thickness probe construction ensures non-destructive measurement of the most highly polished surfaces and soft coatings. Surfaces remain free from scratches and indentations. With this unique coating thickness meter data processing is just as easy as the measurement itself. No cable is required, data can be transferred to a notebook or other equipment via infrared interface. |
- Compact, lightweight - Menu in three languages ensures easy and safe operation - Non-destructive coating thickness measurement - Automatically identifies the substrate and activates the appropriate measuring procedure - Data transfer via an infrared interface - Up to 10,000 readings can be statistically evaluated: number of readings, mean value, standard deviation, minimum and maximum reading
