Coating Thickness Gauge Pocket Surfix F/N with data logger handheld meter for coating thickness measurement on ferrous and non-ferrous metal base materials
The coating thickness meter Pocket Surfix® FN is a small hand-held gauge with integrated probe for fast, practical and precise coating thickness measurement. The internal memory logs up to 80 values. Various statistical functions are available. This meter is ideal for the non-destructive testing of all non-ferrous coatings such as varnish, paint, enamel, chrome, copper, zinc, etc and on ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as stainless steel or iron. Wherever coatings are applied - whether for visual or aesthetic reasons, for preventing corrosion or for functional and mechanical purposes - coating thickness represents one of the essential criteria of quality assessment. This small and lightweight coating thickness meter fits in all pockets and delivers very precise results while measuring coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. |
- lightweight - size like a mobile phone - robust housing - sensor probe and instrument in one housing - gauge for measurement on iron (ferrous) and on non ferrous metals - automatic ferrous/non-ferrous substrate recognition. - no calibration necessary unless required - easy-to-operate menu structure in display. Instruction manual is supplied with gauge, but not necessary for operation - three-language option: German, English, French; other languages upon request - infrared interface for cable-free data transfer - measured value memory, statistical memory - online statistics program - current statistical values permanently on display
