Humidity detector of sawdust for professional use in the exit inspections of sawmills,  control of pallets, sawdust manufacturers and other sawdust industries (for instance: in the manufacturing of wooden briquettes. PCE-WT1 humidity detector is used to detect absolute humidity of sawdust  immediately after receiving the goods. So, customers will be able to claim to the manufacturer if there is any problem with the humidity detector. Another advantage of the humidity detector is that it is very easy to use, with a very small size as well as a solid structure. PCE-WT1 humidity detector is sent with a calibration certificate, however an ISO calibration certificate can be required as an option. Besides, a recalibration can be performed at any time. Humidity detector of sawdust is provided with a solid measurement camera to detect absolute humidity with a high accuracy. Place the sawdust into the camera, close it and press it, then push the key in the detector and you can read the result in the display.

Measuring principle.

The humidity detector detects the resistance in sawdust. The internal resistance curved is calibrated for standard environmental conditions. This allows the customer to get highly accurate results.

 - ISO calibration certificate
For companies that wish to incorporate the device into their array of internal quality control tools or for annual recalibrations. The ISO certificate includes a calibration and a document containing all the person or company details. We recommend to required the ISO calibration certificate when the humidity detector is ordered or as a recalibration.
