The incubator CT 111 is ideal for generic applications in laboratories and vehicles. The incubator CT 111 is mainly used with the system of testing coliforms and plates with culture mediums. The incubator CT 111 has a simple handling. Firstly, connect the incubator CT 111 to the mains supply.  Next, locate the temperature control knob in 37ºC. The incubator CT 111 must warm up for 30 minutes, and later, if necessary, adjust the temperature. The temperature must be verified with the thermometer of the incubator CT 111 that is included in the shipment. The thermometer is introduced vertically in the camera of the incubator. The nominal temperature of the incubator is between 25ºC and 45 ºC. The tests should be put before the inoculation directly on the base of the incubator. It is not recommended to put too many tests simultaneously in the incubator, because this could lower the temperature for some time. The incubator can also be used for the collection or for the transport of tests, because it has 12 V charger for vehicles. While being at the laboratory, it is possible to connect the incubator to the mains again. Here you will find more hygiene meters.

Colitag is a reagent compound that contains salts, nitrogen, carbon, nutrients and special indicators for total coliforms and E. coli. A positive test is indicated by a visible change of colour. The coliforms test is very simple. The reagents are sent with the exact dose in little tubes that are introduced in sterilised containers. You have at your disposition two different packages of tests: one with 20 and the other one with 100 tests

The sterile containers of measurement are often used for the testing of water tests in connection with the Colitag reagents. The sterile container of universal measurement has instructions to avoid mistakes. Our sterile containers of measurement  also have spill-proof screw cap. We also have two different packages at your disposition: 10 or 100 pieces.

Portable UV lamp  for the verification of E. coli  bacteria in Colitag positive tests. All the containers with a positive result are examined whether they have E. coli. bacteria  For this, the test is put underneath the UV lamp to look for fluorescence.
