Microscopy-set
Omegon 13766
Microscopy-set with a lot of equipment/ battery operating starter model/ extensive equipment/ good and solid manufacture/ lighting through mirror or illuminant
|
This microscopy-set is an ideal model to be used by kids and beginners that enjoy the fascination of microscopy and fill-out their free time with it. The microscopy-set is equipped with an extensive amount of supplies, so that the user can first study the examining procedure before creating own samples for the microscopy-set. For this purpose there are several samples included in the set that can be initially used to adjust the right settings, e.g. magnification and illumination of the microscope. After learning fine adjustment of the microscope, individual samples can be prepared. The simplest way that is often preferred at school, is to create a hay infusion and then examine the results under the microscope. Therefore simply some hay is required, that has to be doused with water. Therefore a 1000 mL beaker glass is already enough, in which you only fill a handful hay. After yet one to two days the results can already be examined. It's best to use for the experiment untreated water, like from a rivulet or tarn. The putrefaction or degradation process begins quickly afterwards; bacteria proliferate and build the nutrition for protozoa, e.g. paramecia or amoeba. After just a little time a sample can be taken for examination under the microscope. With eggs of prawns that are included in the delivery even sea-monkeys can be bred and then examined with the microscopy-set. Thus children will become more curious about microscopic examination and become more and more creative in their choice of samples. Thus this kit has a large scope of supply and not only contains different utensils for the preparation of samples but also microscopy instruments, which is perfect for a start-up.
