Mobile Load Corners MLE-F 5/10/20
Mobile load corners for pressure force measurement from 4 x 5 t to 4 x 20 t / 3 models with available nominal load of 20 t / 40 t / 80 t / very mobile due to battery operation and easy handling / with handheld remote control

Mobile load corners are used for non-legal weighing of machines, containers or similar standing loads. Furthermore an estimation of location of gravity center is possible. The mobile load corners can be used separately for load measuring. Every mobile load corner consists of a power pressure sensor and strain gauge. The sensor has a base plate below and a pendulum plate above to initiate pressures optimal. A casing is built around the sensor that can also be turned under load at 180°. Measuring electronic, display, control buttons, radio module with aerial and a battery compartment are located in the casing. After switching on the device measuring electronic starts and radio module waits for a free time slot in order to be registered with the wireless remote control. The remote control searches for radio signals with correct addressing after switching on and shows pressure values of mobile load corners. The remote control can send instructions to mobile load corners. The remote control checks if the instruction will be received and also performs a retransmission if necessary..
