The Professional Moisture Tester PCE-WP24 is a measuring instrument to detect moisture of wood in several wood species faster and non-destructively. At the same time it is suited to detect moisture in building materials. The measuring method is working according to the dielectric constant high frequency measuring principle. The electromagnetic waves will enter deeply, approximately 50mm, into the surface. Therefore the result is an average value of the upper 50 mm. To get a measuring result with the Professional Moisture Tester PCE-WP24 you just have to place the electrodes and choose the wood species or building material on the back of the Professional Moisture Tester PCE-WP24. This professional moisture tester will be delivered calibrated and it is, due to the measuring method, long-term stable. It is not necessary to recalibrate the Professional Moisture Tester PCE-WP24.
