The multi-channel temperature data logger EBI 40 is used mainly in places where people work with very high temperatures. For example, the multi-channel temperature data logger used in cooking and baking conveyor belts and in bakery ovens, but also in product development and in many other areas of process control where it is necessary to measure very high temperatures. This is possible due to a thermal protecting case (TIB 40) which provides maximum insulation and therefore protects the multi-channel temperature data logger. The multi-channel temperature data logger is light and very compact and it measures temperature in a range from 0 to +1,200 º C. This is done with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ° C. The multi-channel data logger series EBI 40 has two versions: one with 6 channels and another with 12 temperature channels for type K thermocouple temperature sensor. Each channel can store up to 20,000 values. One of the most important properties of the multi-channel data logger series EBI 40 is its very fast measurements up to 100 ms (0.1 s) per channel (up to 12 channels). This represents 12 measurements in 0.1 s which allows to detect rapid temperature changes and react immediately. During the measurement process, the multi-channel data logger can read all the current values in the 3.5 " color TFT screen (320 x 240 pixels). Furthermore, this allows to transfer temperature data to a computer via a USB cable or a USB software for analysis by Winlog. This software allows you to configure and schedule simultaneously the multi-channel data logger series EBI 40. You can power the computer via USB or batteries (AA), which can be replaceable by the user. The battery life is max. 100 hour. To maintain low power consumption, the multi-channel data logger series EBI 40 features an automatic disconnection of the screen.
