This thermometer with data logger will measure air temperature and intermittently store the readings in memory. This compact thermometer / data logger with its expansive memory for 64,000 readings is used for taking readings over extended periods of time in storage rooms, supermarket coolers, cold storage or refrigerated trucks in the food industry and for machines, heating processes and warehouses in the industrial sector. The current temperature reading appears on the display and is stored to memory, in a way that they are easy to read or easily transferred to a computer to be viewed graphically on a time curve. Memory can be cleared manually and the data logger can be preprogrammed (start time, stop time, date and measurement interval) or readings can be taken at a specific moment.
Values saved to the data logger can be transferred to a computer to be analysed at a more convenient time. This ability to view large amounts of measurement data is useful in the foods industry to quickly identify temperature irregularities for a refrigeration unit and the time at which the irregularity occurred. The internal real time clock and date allows the user to identify any events accurately. Measurement intervals can be easily adjusted. The enclosure is protected against dust and water splash, and the electronic component is protected against impacts which could cause incorrect readings when being used in the industrial sector. In cases where the device is being used in areas with poor lighting, the backlit display can compensate for such conditions.

Programmable software (for professionals needing to connect the device to a computer via the RS-232 interface) and Docking Station. The programme contains the following:
 - Numerical columns and graphical representation of data (x - t diagram with time and date), series of data can be exported to other programmes such as Word or Excel.
The programme is in English and comes with several images and descriptions that make it easy to use. Adjustments can be easily made to the data logger, as well as data when it has been transferred to a computer.
