PCE-VE 110 video endoscope
for industrial use in situ to inspect machine components, and for research and development, cable diameter of 10.5mm and length of 930mm, USB port

The PCE-VE 110 video endoscope allows for internal inspections of machines and installations without the need to dismantle them. This video endoscope is ideal for maintenance and repair in manufacturing or repair shops. It can also be used to analyse objects in laboratories. One great advantage of this video endoscope is that is connects directly to a computer to record images or videos and shows them on the display, allowing the user to easily document what is being observed as it is happening. Never before has it been so easy to optically analyse with a video endoscope. Insert the flexible cable through an opening close to the area that needs to be observed and see everything on the computer screen. Thanks to its flexible guide, lgith weight design and high quality optics, problematic area can be detected easily and quickly with thei video endoscope. This will allow for preventative measures to be taken without having to dismantle the machine first. With video documentation of the working condition of the equipment being inspected, a reconstruction and repair can be carried out. This video endoscope is versatile due to its 10.5mm diameter flexible optical cable. Utilising the PCE-VE 110 video endoscope daily for maintenance and inspection of machines and instalations will save time and money spent dismantling machinery. The lens is water resistant and the cable can be submerged into water without causing any problems. Technology

The video endoscope is composed of a durable casing. The mini-camera that is found at the end of the flexible cable, is powered by an internal conductor via a flexible strip. Illumination is done in the same way.
Image data is transferred from the mini-camera to the USB port and via a cable connecting the video endoscope to a computer.

This device functions by way of thousands of optical fibres made into an optical cable where at each end the fibres are placed in the same position. This configuration allows the fibres to transmit images of very high quality. A ray of light is sent from a source in the handle to the end of the video endoscope. A high bright LED and a button on the handle makes it possible to illuminate the area being observed. This ergonomic device is very comfortable and allows the user to adjust the lens with only one hand.

General information about the video endoscope: Originally the videoendoscope was developed for the field of diagnostic medecine. Today it is also used in industrial operations such as to visually test cavities which are difficult to access. Basic models of the device are available as a rigid or flexible video endoscope. There is also a video endoscope with an adaptor for camera or video functions. Note: Under no circumstance should a video endoscope purchased from us be used in medical applications. They are intended solely for use for industrial or commercial applications, for research and development or by hobbiests.

Internal light source

A conventional video endoscope with these characterisitcs normally functions using a standard bulb to illuminate the field of view. Of course, our video endoscope uses a long life LEDThanks to this LED, there is sufficient illumination for thousands of hours of inspection.
