Visual IR Thermometer, similar to a thermal imaging camera with sophisticated equipment including software / temperature measuring range from -10 °C to +250 °C / 4 AA-batteries für 8 hours of continuous use / hot and cold marks / with exclusive NEAR/FAR-function

The Visual IR Thermometer VT02 is as practical as a point wise measuring thermometer, while providing the benefits of the visual features of a thermal imaging camera. This creates a completely new measuring instruments category- a camera for troubleshooting with infrared heat map. Many customers want to purchase not only a simple IR thermometer, but a combination of an IR thermometer and a thermal imaging camera. It is important to them, that the main field, which lies round around the point of measurement, is displayed. This advantage has usually only a thermal imaging camera. Thus has the FLUKE VT02 a function of representing the temperature of the environment, as it can otherwise only be achieved by a thermal imaging camera. Therefore combines the FLUKE VT02 all important features that are required to measure temperatures at a certain distance. This visual IR thermometer is an inexpensive alternative to thermal imaging cameras and is used in areas, where one does not necessary need an expensive thermal imaging camera with many additional features. Until now, cross-fading for example, could only be performed by thermal imaging cameras, this function can now be fulfilled by the FLUKE VT02 at significantly lower prices. The Visual IR Thermometer (Thermal Camera) FLUKE VT02 gives you a clear picture, where you can see exactly what you are measuring. Whether you work as an electrician, climate technicians or in the automotive industry, the industrial- or general maintenance, the Visual IR Thermometer FLUKE VT02 provides you extensive support. In comparison to a traditional IR thermometer, the FLUKE VT02 does not measure the average temperature of the surrounding area. Therefore the accuracy of the Visual IR Thermometer drops, depending on the distance to the object to be measured (the same applies for a thermal imaging camera). Alike a thermal imaging camera, the FLUKE VT02 automatically saves a cross-fading of the infrared- and visible image at every shot. The fact, that the Visual IR Thermometer is able to localize the heat source, emphasizes that the possible applications of the FLUKE VT02 are already very close to the possibilities of a thermal imaging camera. By marking hot / cold regions, the Visual IR Thermometer easily displays overheated or under-cooled areas. What is more, the transmission and analysis of readings by software on a computer is not included in the range of  features of other traditional ir thermometers.
