Who is responsable for the portal of "industrial-needs.com" and it`s main services?

Industrial-needs.com is a service of Paper-Consult Engineering Group oHG, Germany (Short Form: PCE Instruments oHG). So, it`s management do have complete responsibility for all contents and services.
Industrial-needs.com is an essential part of the PCE Instruments oHG. The second main part is: Engineering and Consulting to the Pulp & Paper Industry.

There are lots of persons, who warn to buy products via the internet. What do you do to make it more convenient and risk free to buy on your system?

We want to have satisfied customers. Therefore we take all risks away from the them:
- Payment, if the products are received by the customers or on invoice
- Cost free "send back", if the customer is not satisfied with the product
- All data concerning the customer and the order do not leave our own data systems (no trade with adresses...)
- We do not mail customers unwished ( no junk mail)
- No credit card payment possibilitiy (no data comes into "wrong hands")
- Customers can call, fax or e-mail their questions concerning the products / we will give them technical advice
However, we think to have shown the right arguments for buying at industrial-needs.com (please have also a look at our int. references)

- We do not have a company overhead (the so called "waterhead")
- We found partners, who buy the products in huge amounts
