The accurate force tester for tensile and compressive forces is available with as two different models. Depending on the to be measured force this force tester for tensile and compressive force is equipped with an internal or external dynamometric cell. This precise force tester, for tensile and compressive force,  is a handheld device providing also the option to integrate it into test benches. For force measurement above of 500 N this accurate force tester has an external dynamometric cell attached to a 3 m cable, which can be also mounted into a test bench. The precise force tester for tensile and compressive force measurement has two adjustable measuring speeds, 10 Hz and 40Hz. This allows us to do very precise real time measurements of tensile and compressive force. This accurate force tester for tensile and compressive force has the option to store the data manually or automatically at an internal data storage on a Mini SD memory card or straight to a computer, in order to interpret them later on. To rate the tensile and compressive force, the precise force tester provides the option of an integrated statistical analysis. Software

The PCE-FB series force tester with dynamometric cell to measure traction and compression forces is delivered together with a software. The software allows the user to read and check values detected with the force tester. The performed test measurement with this force meter shows a tensile and compressive force with preset thresholds. Underneath there is a statistical evaluation of the collected data shown, such as min, max, mean value etc. and the settings of the force tester are displayed as well.

Measured results can be recorded or printed as a report. In such report, data, time and the measurement description are included.

- Test position and adapter plates
As our test positions are designed to be used with different force tester models, adapter plates are required to ensure that the force tester is fixed to the test position.

- Test position
The force tester can be combined with any of the three test positions we have available. Two test positions are equipped with a crank and the other one has a motor. The effective use of the test position is in daily testing of materials in a laboratory and you wish to maintain the same conditions, eliminating the possibility of human error.

Notice: The internal dynamometric cell does not need any maintenance, it is light and characterized by the long working life. In the manufacturing of the dynamometric, only high quality materials are used to ensure the maximum safety and duration. The force tester has an overload range. In case of being exceeded the dynamometric cell will be destroyed. When choosing a force tester for your work, please take into account the measurement range and choose a force tester model with a higher range than the measurement you wish to perform.
