Scales for Analysis In our product range we offer scales for analysis which come with software and the possibility to read to an accuracy of 0.01mg (more accurate devices are available on request). Some scales for analysis can be verified and have a plastic windscreen and an optional test weight. The interface allows to transfer data from the scales for analysis to a computer. Further analysis can be done using the optional software kit. Scales for analysis come with multiple functions: - Automatic internal adjustment of weight, piece count, ISO GLP protocol, determination of percentage, RS-232 interface. - Powered by mains adaptor, software kit is optional. Scales for analysis come with various additional components and ISO calibration certificates. Our engineers are available to help you and assess the scales and balances you might need. Call our offices on: UK customers +44(0) 23 809 870 30 / US customers (561) 320-9162. Our engineers and technicians will be happy to help you with the scales for analysis, and of course, with the other products in the field of regulation and control, and measuring instruments.

Not all the scales for analysis previously mentioned can be used as classic scales for analysis. We made such a selection of scales because they fit within the scope of analysis. Usually all scales for analysis have a sensitivity of less than 0.1mg. The result indicated in the document of analysis is the value between at least two results with a sufficient repeatability (factor r). Electronic scales for analysis frequently have an enclosure which can protect from oscillations due to air flow, calibration programmes and shock absorbers that can eliminate sudden movements. Our scales have all the fundamental prerequisites, depending on the model, and multiple components:.

Scales for analysis are frequently used in the industrial sector as well as in quality control or product development. These scales are also used in research and development, in clinics, technical colleges and universities, specifically in their laboratories. Scales for analysis are high quality devices and are precise, with resolutions of 0.1mg, (an example is the PCE-AB series). The PCE-VXI 60/220 is a scale with a reading capacity of only 0.01mg. If you need scales with a resolution of 0.001mg, you should consider scales for analysis which can evaporate liquids. Furthermore, they have protection against air flow and a level to ensure they are portioned correctly.
In the following image you can see scales with an internal adjustment weight. This weight is used for making automatic adjustments to scales for analysis. The adjustment is done automatically, e.g. every two hours or if a temperature change of ±1°C occurs. This ensures a consistant high level of accuracy. Once the scale is turned on, it performs an internal check of all its functions which is initiated by an electronic component in the device and an adjustment is made by the internal adjustment weight. An ISO certificate with calibration document or a verification which meets DIN ISO 9000 can be ordered.
