The check weigher DLW is a system designed for automatic weighing procedures for +/- weight checks. The check weigher DLW is a compact, reliable and accurate facility. The check weigher DLW is designed for the integration into production and / or shipping haul ways to check the weight and thus reassuring the quality and quantity of the good that leaves the storage. By means of the check weigher various types of weighings can be performed, whether it is statistic or dynamic weighing, automated or half-automated weighing. Due to an optionally purchasable sequence-photo-sensor for the check weigher the moving floor (not included in delivery) for an optimized weighing process can be handled. Attention to weight- or time-trespassing can be drawn by a programmable alarm. If that is the case, the package can be either pushed out of the row by a "pusher" (optional) or the moving floor can be stopped and the package can be removed manually. The check weigher DLW features a data storage for 1000 items that can be programmed in alpha-numeric description, density/ volumetric weight, desired value, thresholds and tara. The items that are to save can be selected via a barcode laser. The check weigher DLW can be either purchased in an enameled steel or made of IP65 stainless steel.
