The digital torque screw driver STC2-G is a meter facilitating a controlled tightening of screws, since it is a priority due to safety issues and to help advancing the life-time of screws and bolts. A manual screwing without the digital torque screwdriver is a risk since the screws are often overloaded with force and lead to a higher breaking risk. This risk can be minimized by the digital torque screw driver, which is also equipped with a  LED indication ring and a programmable display. The digital torque screw driver is run by battery guaranteeing a long-term-operation of up to 30 hours. It measures the indicators cNm, kgf.cm., Ibf.in and ozf.in and is able to store up to 1000 measuring values on an internal data storage. Furthermore a programmable display facilitates the operation by the option to set the angle. The digital screw driver STC2-G comes in very handy and weighs only 340 g. It operates under temperatures between 0 and 40 °C. Brand new evaluating function of digital torque screwdriver STC2-G

The digital torque screwdriver STC2-G is equipped with an LED indication ring in the tightness-torque-mode as well as a buzzer signal to constantly indicate the current state during the mode. If the LED indication ring blinks with white lights, the current torque value has reached 80 % of the specified value. If the indicator ring blinks blue, the specified value is already reached. In case the indicator ring blinks yellow or even red, the screw is probably over-tightened. During measurement mode only the indicator ring of the digital torque screwdriver is activated. Therefore the high and low parameters need to be set up manually. If the blue lights are blinking, the measuring value lies in-between the high and low parameter. But if the indicator ring is showing yellow or red lights the measuring value is most likely outside the preset range. In the following images the LED indicator ring is displayed with its different colors.
