The Indentation Hardness Tester MICRO IRHD SYSTEM provides the indentation hardness after MICRO readings on samples of rubber and plastics. The recommended sample thickness for use of Indentation Hardness Tester is 1 ... 5 mm. International standards such as ISO 48 and ISO 48 are satisfied by the Indentation Hardness Tester. The MICRO IRHD SYSTEM is, controlled by extensive MS-Windows software, hardness testing machine. The two weights are lowered by the motorized Indentation Hardness Tester and lifted. That's why an operator error is excluded. To test the hardness the samples simply be placed on the test bench. The table automatically drives to the sensor from the Indentation Hardness Tester. The initial force is automatically reduced to the indenter. This position of the indenter represents 100 MICRO IRHD. The major force is automatically reduced by the Indentation Hardness Tester. The penetration of the indenter is measured digitally in 30 seconds and automatically in MICRO IRHD values converted. The MICRO IRHD software by Indentation Hardness Tester checks and controls the operation of the system. The software works with MS-Windows software and provides the user with a variety of benefits. The hardness value, graph, hysteresis, statistics, test report etc. are some important and useful features of this software. All data is transferred to the controller IRHD and via RS-232 interface passed to the PC. So you can check your measurements after calmly, analyze and evaluate.
