The PCE-LED 1 Light Meter is used to check LEDs via an external sensor. With the PCE-LED 1 Light Meter you will be able to perform single or series measurements with a predetermined reference value. The measured values can be automatically or manually stored in the internal memory of the PCE-LED 1 Light Meter and can be transferred to a PC or laptop. The software and data cable are included in the delivery. The adapted plaques allow you to check LEDs with a diameter between 2 and 24 mm. LEDs cannot be produced with constant optical properties due to their manufacturing process. Even within the same production series, LEDs can differ regarding the brightness and colour of their components. Thus, LEDs have to be checked during the production stage as well as at the end of the process with the PCE-LED 1 Light Meter. Additionally, within the research and development of LEDs and products with LEDs, a wide optical characterization is always required.
