Precision airflow sensor to measure air velocity at temperatures up to +350 °C /
maintenance-free / robust enclosure / LED status indicator / analogue and digital output

This precision airflow sensor provides an accurate air velocity measurement even at higher temperatures. Due to a mechanically robust design by only using high-quality material, the precision airflow sensor provides even under extreme conditions precise and repeatable measurement results. Within the temperature range of 0 °C ... +350 °C the precision airflow sensor is able to measure air velocities between 0 .... +60 m/s depending on the model. The sensor head of the precision airflow sensor resigns of movable parts and consists of temperature-resistant ceramic, which makes it maintenance-free and allows providing reliable data even after several years. Due to the thermal measuring principle an additional measurement and calculation of pressure and temperature to determine the standard volume flow becomes dispensable at the precision airflow sensor. The internally established temperature of the precision airflow sensor can be still emitted as a separate temperature signal if demanded so. Flexible montage lengths up to 1000 mm expand the application ranges of the precision airflow sensor significantly. The precision airflow sensor therefore is especially designed for controlling burning processes, monitoring drying procedures or to monitor air compressors.
