The PCE-RE19 PID regulator has been designed to perform complex tasks. The PCE-RE19 PID regulator has two universal analog inputs to process most common signals and allow for free scale. Signals can be also mathematically linked and supplied with a digital filter. The PCE-RE19 PID regulator also has two digital inputs through which the PLC controllers can affect the PID regulator. The four outputs available in the PCE-RE19 PID regulator can be used for many different tasks. Apart from control functions the PCE-R19 PID regulator can also perform alarm functions. In the internal memory of the PCE-R19 PID regulator up to 15 programs with 15 segments each can be stored. Additionally, the PCE-R19 PID regulator can store several parameters and reference values. Both reference and true values are displayed in its 5-digit screen. The PID regulator also features an alphanumeric display with two digits, through which other paramenters of the control process can be displayed while the user can quickly assess the condition thanks to the 4 LEDs and 6 lighted icons. With the help of the LCD display and 4 keys the PCE-RE19 PID regulator can be easily and quickly adjusted. The PCE-R19 PID regulator is very easy to use thanks to its understandable menu. Thanks to the two control circuits, the PCE-R19 PID regulator can control the rise and fall of a quantity (i.e. heating or cooling), or even to perform a control between two quantities.
