The TCO Low-Frequency-Analyzer ME3951A is an electric smog checking device, which complies with the German TCO regulations. Electric and magnetic AF-alternating fields can be detected by this TCO Low-Frequency-Analyzer. The measuring capacity reaches levels of 0.1 V/m to 1999V/m for electric alternating fields, for magnetic alternating fields from 0.1 nT to 1999 nT. The frequency range lies between 5 Hz and 400 kHz, so that the Low-Frequency-Analyzer complies with the German TCO regulations for display device workstations.
