This
motorized testbed for tensile and compressive force PCE-TF 3 / PCE-TF 5 operates
smoothly at all times, but it can be only loaded with not more than 10 % of its
nominal load. Our motorized testbed for tensile and compressive force PCE-TF 5 /
PCE-TF 3 is equipped with a fixated traverse, in which the spindle is installed.
This spindle was preloaded by means of radial and axial bearing far above the
nominal load, in order to assure an installation free from play. Our motorized
testbed for tensile and compressive force PCE-TF 3 / PCE-TF 5 features also a
traverse in the middle, which is moved by the spindle and a nut. The traverse is
guided by a long bronze bushes with tight installation (H7-H9) parallel to the
column. The DC engine features a low-backlash gearing and is connected with the
spindle through a metallic bellows coupling. Adapter and power electronics are
installed inside the engine enclosure. The power electronic is an intelligent
servo-amplifier, which requires a 26 v DC power source. This servo
amplifier is programmable and is guided parallel to the column by an operating

With emergency switch stop switch |
|
The first switch is for the drive direction, whether it shall guided up or down. The second switch is made to regulate the operating mode. One option is an operation with maximized speed whilst the switch pushed. This trigger function is only effective, if the switch is pushed up. The second option is a continuous operation, which is active, if the switch is pushed down. During this mode the speed can be adjusted via potentiometer. An aggregation of all the information on controlling and monitoring of the limit switch and emergency stop are facilitated by the servo regulator installed inside the machine housing. The threshold signal of the evaluation unit model 323 or 813 can be connected via a 9-pole- sub-D input at the back of the motorized force testbed. This assures that the machine stops as soon as a preset limit is reached. Our motorized force testbed is designed for the manual test gauge PCE-MMT I. |
