The multichannel screenrecorder PCE-KD5 can be applied to either capture, visualize, save or control measuring data and processes. This multichannel screen recorder is a device for universal application based in Linux operation systems. Through three slots, each with eligible assembly, the multichannel screenrecorder can be equipped with up to 48 analogue inputs, 48 binary inputs, 24 TC inputs (e.g. type K thermal element), 12 RTD inputs (e.g. PT100 probes), 16 relay / SSR- inputs or 8 analogue outputs. That wide range of options qualify the multichannel screenrecorder for almost any application, that one might think of. The captured processing and switch signals are directed onto 90 internal logical channels of the multichannel screenrecorder and thus they can be processed in several ways or they can be used via 8 integrated PID regulators for process regulation. There is also the option provided to use the 1.5 GB internal data storage of the multichannel screenrecorder to feed-in data with a maximum sampling rate of 10 Hz. To optionally view that data their is a coloured TFT display with a touch screen. The multichannel screenrecorder is able to display the captured data in 8 different display modes. An interaction with superordinate process control systems or with subordinated sensors or signal converters can be realized through a variety of interfaces. USB and Ethernet can also be connected by equipping the slots of the multichannel screenrecorder with the relevant modules. Thus even a mouse or a keypad can be connected to the multichannel screenrecorder PCE-KD5 by using the relevant interface. By means of the optional software the range of applications can be further expanded. The software facilitates capturing, archiving and displaying the data so that the data sent by the multichannel screenrecorder can be analyzed. Depending on the software version, it is also able to send off GSM messages to user-defined telephone numbers. Optional Equipment

Door with locks and polythene foil:
In order to protect the multichannel screenrecorder from external mechanical impact, as well as un-authorized manipulation, this door can be installed. Due to the transparent door, the data can be still seen. The level of protection is raised to IP42.

Table stand PCE-TGH905 for PCE-KD5
The table stand for the PCE-KD5 allows using the data logger even without a switch board. By means of this table stand for the multichannel screenrecorder it can be also applied in laboratories. There is also a wall enclosure PCE-WGH905 with IP65 protection in our assortment, which allows mounting the screen recorder directly at the wall near the measuring location.
