The torque gauge bar PCE-SA / SB series is a sensor that measures the static reactive torque. This torque gauge bar is designed for testing machines and production facilities, being ideal for permanent installation. The torque gauge bar PCE-SA / -SB series has a high rigidity and a high accuracy. By means of the various models there can be torques between 1 Nm and 5000 Nm measured. The torque gauge bar can be either purchased with a standardized DIN 3121 (PCE-SA series) or a flange output (PCE-SB series). The sensors are made of stainless steel with an aluminum enclosure, featuring an integrate TEDS module according to IEEE 1451.4. Furthermore the torque gauge bars are IP 64 protected and can be operated at a surrounding temperature of -15 and +70 °C. TEDS is a Transducer Electronic Datasheet. It refers to an international sensor standard. Each TEDS measuring cell features a data chip integrated into a sensor or a socket.
