Universal Torque Meter PCE-MMT E
Universal torque meter for building of machines and facilities / 1 ... 5000 Nm /
IP 64 protected / 50 ... 2000 Hz measuring frequency / various sensors with TEDS /
internal flash drive and memory card / opt. software SoftPCE

The universal torque meter PCE-MMT E is mainly applied for developing gearing and combustion motors, since the determination of torque and the rotational speed are essential for their performance. Thus the universal torque meter PCE-MMT E can be ideally applied in areas of building machines and facilities and material handling.
The universal torque meter PCE-MMT E measures the torque by external torque sensors, which must be purchased separately. These torque sensors function by measuring the torque via the deformation of the measured body. Thus the universal torque meter is able to measure torques between 1 to 5000 Nm. The sensors of the universal torque meter are IP 64 protected and feature an integrated TEDS- module*. The measuring frequency can be set between 50 and 2000 Hz. Due to the integrated memory function furthermore the measured values can be stored as *-cvs-files compatible with Excel. The internal flash memory has a capacity of 128 kB, a 2 GB memory card is included in delivery. With the optional software SoftPCE those data can be subsequently transferred to a computer and archived. The universal torque meter can be also mounted by its M6 bore holes, two of each at the back and head of the device. A characteristic of the universal torque meter is that it can be also applied for measuring force due to other optionally purchasable sensors.

If there are any questions about this Universal Torque Meter PCE-MMT E please have a look at the technical specification below or call: UK customers +44(0) 23 809 870 30 / US customers +1-410-387-7703. Our technicians and engineers will gladly advise you regarding all torque meters and all products in the field of measuring instruments, regulation and control and scales.

* What is TEDS?

TEDS is a Transducer Electronic Datasheet. It refers to an international sensor standard. Each TEDS measuring cell features a data chip integrated into a sensor or a socket. These contain basic information on the measuring cell. These can be e.g. serial numbers, measuring ranges or calibration data. If a TEDS measuring cell is connected to a device, the stored data can be seen via its menu navigation
