Surface scales

Mechanical and digital surface scales for professional to obtain the weight of a sheet of paper in g/m² are available at this site. There are two models of surface scales:
       - Mechanical surface scales with weight ranges up to 900 g/m².
       - Digital surface scales with weight indicator in /m² or in g
Mechanical surface scales are used to determine quickly the weight of papers, cartons or boxes. On the contrary, digital surface scales can be used for all kind of laboratory tasks, for instance, to determine the weight of papers, floor, tiles or fabrics in grams per square meter. - PCE-DMS 200 series digital surface scales 
  (direct indicator in g/m² and also in g, readability of 1 g/m²)

- PCE-LSZ 200C series digital surface scales
  (to weigh paper and fabrics with great accuracy; 0 ... 20000 g/m²; readability 0,1 g/m²)

- Sample cutters 
  (sample cutters of 100 cm² are the ideal complement of surface scales)

Surface scales are able to determine the weight of diverse materials such as fabric, gum, leather, felt, tiles, etc ... Both PCE-DMS 200 and PCE-LSZ 200C series paper scales show the weight in grams in relation to a square meter of material. In order to place the exact amount of 100 cm² on our paper scales we recommend the use of sample cutters to get reproducible results. Sample cutters help you to save time as well as they guarantee the homogeneous size of samples (100 cm²).
