Balances for Analysis We have balances for analysis which come with software and are able to measure with an accuracy of 0.01 mg (more accurate devices are available upon request). Some balances for analysis can be verified and have a plastic windscreen and an optional test weight. The interface allows data to be transferred from the balances for analysis to a computer. Further analysis can be done using the optional software kit. Balances for analysis have multiple functions: - Automatic internal weight adjustment, piece count, ISO GLP protocol, determination of percentage, RS-232 interface. - Powered by mains adaptor, software kit is optional. Balances for analysis come with various additional components and ISO calibration certificates. If you have any questions about balances for analysis, please see the following technical data or contact us: UK customers +44(0) 23 809 870 30 / US customers (561) 320-9162 . Our engineers and technicians will be happy to help you with the balances for analysis, and of course, with the other products in the field of regulation and control, and measuring instruments.

Not all the previously mentioned balances can be used as classic balances for analysis. We made such a selection of balances because they fit within the scope of analysis. Normally all balances for analysis have a sensitivity of less than 0.1 mg. The result indicated in the document of analysis is the value of at least two results with a sufficient repeatability (factor r). Electronic balances for analysis frequently have an enclosure which can protect from oscillations due to wind breath, calibration programmes and shock absorbers that can eliminate sudden movements. Our balances have all the fundamental prerequisites, depending on the model, and multiple components:

Balances for analysis are frequently used in the industrial sector as well as in quality control or product development. These balances are also used in research and development, in clinics, technical colleges and universities, mainly in their laboratories. Balances for analysis are high quality devices and are accurate with resolutions of 0.1 mg. A good example is PCE-AB series. PCE-VXI 60/220 is a scale with a reading capacity of only 0.01mg. If you need balances with a resolution of 0.001 mg, you should consider that analytical balances with this resolution also notice evaporation of liquids. Furthermore, they have protection against wind breath and have a level to ensure that they are portioned correctly.
In the following image you can see balances with an internal adjustment weight. This weight is used for making automatic adjustments to balances for analysis. The adjustment is done automatically, for example every two hours or if a temperature changes of ±1°C occur. This ensures consistant high level of accuracy. Once the balances are turned on, they perform an internal check of all the functions which is initiated by an electronic component in the device and an adjustment is made by the internal adjustment weight. ISO certificate with calibration document or verification which meets DIN ISO 9000 can be ordered.
