The dosing pump BL 1.5 stands out due to its simple handling and a higher efficiency. By means of the dosing pump the dosing processes in industrial areas can be simplified and accelerated. The allocation of the dosing pump can be adjusted at any level between 0 % and 100 %. Due to its simple and quick montage the dosing pump can be applied in multiple fields. Due to its low maintenance interval the dosing pump reaches a high effective operation time with a low failure rate. The robust enclosure protects the dosing pump from minor impacts. An automated suction process allows a delivery height of max. 1.5 m for the dosing pump. All parts of the dosing pump that might get into contact with the dosed chemicals are made of a high-quality chemical-resistant material called PTFE and PVDF. Through bore holes on its backside and at its foot the dosing pump can be either positioned on a surface in horizontal position or mounted in a vertical position to the wall.
