The counting scale PCE-TB C series is a truly helpful device for any professional unit counting task. Therefore the counting scale features an internal data storage for up to 1,000 articles, which can be easily read-out by a scanner. All information regarding the counted item can be fed into the counting scale, e.g. item name, scanner code, weight per unit, maximum weight tolerance (MIN / MAX /TARE). Feeding in those information is very easy. Therefore the data will be first fed into a software similar to a spread sheet and then those information are transferred to the internal data server of the counting scale PCE-TC C series. On the other side the counting scale supports transferring the records of the counting process to a computer or an optionally purchasable USB memory stick. But even without the internal data memory, counting scale proves to be a very helpful device. for example, if the bar code of an item is not already saved on the counting scale, the operator is immediately being informed, and thus can perform the counting and weighing by saving a bar code, so he can save and further process these data. Thus the performed inventory / counting saves a lot of post-processing and helps avoiding transmission errors. Initially the keypad of the counting scale PCE-TB C series looks very extensive. But this is only, to allow a quick program fetch of all the useful functions of the counting scale PCE-TB C series.

Despite the large number of keys, the data administration on the counting scale is very easy. It can be additionally performed on a computer by using a table. You can easily generate a new table, e.g. in Excel, where the following information is fed-in: Storage capacity, item name, bar code, weight per unit, normal weight, tolerance weight (Min-, Max.-) and tare weight. Those are stored as a CSV-file. Eventually these data are already in your company's own item trade system, and can be retrieved from there, so that these data can be transferred via the software included in delivery to a computer. After a successful data transfer these can be easily accessed on the scale, e.g. by using the optional scanner or via the key slots. Depending on the relevant configuration of the counting scale, the data can be automatically stored as a TXT file either on the internal data storage, a computer or a USB memory stick. The data might consists of e.g. user, item number, time, date and number of items. The export of TXT files into an Excel tabular is very easy, thus the counting process can be easily further processed for any calculations. Even items, which are not fed into the scale before can be easily counted and the relevant information can be stored, a separate manual feed-in of the data is not necessary. Thus the counting scale an be easily applied for most professional weight counting tasks.

ISO calibration / certification
For companies that want to admit the device to their internal pool of test devices. The calibration certificate is made by test laboratories and is a compare of the standard value and the measured value. 

Battery
This is a 4.5 Ah / 6 V rechargeable battery, which can be also installed subsequently into the counting scale. The compartment is on the bottom of the Counting Scale

Software Procell
The software is able to simulate a manual data feed-in and can transfer the data e.g. straight to Excel with time and date. There is also the option of saving a TXT file in the background.

Scanner
The scanner features a RS 232 / Sub-D 9 connection, allowing to connect the scanner even subsequently to the scale. The power supply is maintained by an external adapter. The scanner allows an easy and quick retrieve of fed-in data.

USB memory card
If there is no printer or computer connected to the counting scale, the weighing data can be saved with time and date stamp as a TXT file on a USB memory card. The connection an be established through the RS 232 interface and thus the adapter requires an external power supply (adapter incl.)
