Counting Scales with Piece Counting Fuction

In our wide range of products we offer counting scales, scales to weigh items, reference scales or verified  industrial models for professionals that are used either for piece counting function or for weighing. Counting scales have the quality of modern scales . It is possible to improve the mean value of the partial weight through the optimisation of the reference. For example, the CBS series counting scales can be used for piece counting as well as for professional weighing. Their storage capacity and the possibility of battery supply turn these kind of counting scales into an irreplaceable tool for professional use. These counting scales are the ideal tool for determining the amount of pieces with accuracy, i.e. for inventories. For the piece counting function, it is necessary to determine the real weight of one piece. If you know this weight, you can enter it by the numeric key-pad. Counting scales consist of many different components, each of them with the corresponding official certificates. If required, calibrable models can be verified in our offices. Counting scales can be powered via the mains 240 V or by battery operation. Battery powered scales function autonomously. Counting scales can be used universally in industry as well as in commerce and professional settings. All the products are calibrated before delivering them. If you require, we can perform an official calibration, a re-calibration or a fitting of the counting scales. Below, you can see some examples of counting scales for professional use.

Counting scales are very useful for the annual inventory and they are quickly adapted to the professional use. They are very efficient when counting small pieces such as screws, nuts or washers by hand. If you use our counting scales, you will need only a small amount of pieces (usually 10 or 20 pieces), put them on the scale and enter the number of pieces. The scale will then calculate the real weight of each piece. You can introduce the initial number of pieces on the scale and it will show you the real number of them. PCE-CBS counting scales have additional functions which can make your work more convenient. Knowing the weight of the piece, you can enter it in the scale. Also, you can introduce the taring weight and choose the reference number of pieces. Counting scales should be chosen according to the minimum weight of the piece for the piece counting function. In order to choose the counting scale that best suits you it is important to bear in mind that counting scales with an internal resolution of only 10 grams cannot weigh pieces of 0,1 grams.

Counting scales must be verified when they are used for packaging. To meet with the law, verification is compulsory, so our inventory scales are already verified. Further specifications can be found in the technical sheets for all different models of our counting scales.
