Precise counting balance, fast, accurate weighing
results (accurate down to the last part). The
balance avoids lost inventory or time waste by
inefficiently hand counting. Three displays
simultaneously show the piece count, unit piece
weight and the weight readout in kilograms or grams.
A special feature of the balance it's
dual display on front and rear side (allowing convenient
use from both opposite sides of a prep table). Use
these counting scale to verify inventory for your
company's annual audit to keep the accountants happy
while control labor costs. Another feature is the
count pre-setting that can be programmed to cause an
alarm to sound when the number of items counted on
the balance meets or exceeds the number stored in
memory. Further advantages: 50 memories for
reference weights input via numerical keypad,
battery supply possible (or you power the balance
via the internal rechargeable battery or by using
the 230 V net adapter) with AUTO-OFF function to
preserve the battery. Physical and operational
features of this parts
counting balance include removable
stainless steel weighing platform, backlit LCD
displays, adjustable leveling feet and level bubble.
The Balance also features large dedicated tare and
sample keys, numeric keypad and zero keys.

Verification
A Verified counting scale
is compulsory for inventories. So, please
you must bear in mind its application
spin-off. If you wish, we can verified your
scale in our company. A counting scale must
be officially verified when it is used for
the following:
a) In trade relations when the price
of the good is determined by its weight.
b)
For the production of medicines in
pharmacies, as well as for analysis in
medical and pharmaceutical laboratories.
c)
To determine rates,
sanctions and official fines as well as for
official surveys for judgements.
d)
Manufacturing of packages.
Counting scale is tested by the official
authorized centre to supply the scale with
the verification certificate. So, accuracy
within legal framework is confirmed.
Verification inside European Union is
extended to all countries members of the EU
(Europen Union). |

Trade Verification (EICH-PCE-CBS)
The
verification procedure includes laboratory calibration
process and certification according to the rules (legal
for trade) of legislation / verification in Germany
(based on the customers postal code (meteorology)). The
cus- tomers name and address is filled in. They are
accepted all over the world.

The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and
ISO certification. The customers name and address is filled in. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.

Software-Kit
(PCE-SOFT-CBS)
The
kit includes a software for transferring the
weighing data to a PC or Portable and a RS-232-cable.
The transferred data can also be sent to other
calculation software as Excel ... The standard software
is in english language (others are available (French,
German ...).

The
printer is used for direct output of weighing data. It
will be delivered including rs-232-cable, usb-cable, net
