Industrial scale is made up of quantity scale and reference scale. We offer you three models with verification (legal for trade) and others three without verification (but calibrated). Both scales are connected by an interface cable.The reference scale enables you calculate with high accuracy a single piece weight and the quantity scale makes a high accuracy pieces counting taking like base the individual weight of the piece determined with the reference scale. This industrial scale is ideal to carry out inventories. You will be able to determine the number of pieces with a quick method. If you need to print the number of pieces, you can request the additional printer or you can connect the industrial scale to your PC (software kit as optional) and to carry out the direct transmission of the data. All the models can have an ISO calibration, only three models can be verified.

Quantity scale

This scale makes a high accuracy pieces counting taking like base the individual weight of the piece determined with the reference scale.

Reference scale

This scale enables you calculate with high accuracy a single piece weight. The reference scale is connected to the quantity scale through a RS-232 interface cable (included in the delivery).

This piece counting system is not only used for inventories. There are many products such as screws or balls that have to be weighed and packaged after manufacturing them and before the shipping. For this purpose is normally used a calibrated scale, however, when the price of the product is determined by its weight a verified scale must be required. We have both versions: calibrated and verified scales.

With this declaration of conformity, we declare in writing that after an evaluation the PCE-IS series industrial scale has the specific properties mentioned in the Declaration. Multilingual specification is made according to the indications of the different norms of the piece counting system. Declaration can be seen by pressing the adjoining image or the PDF symbol with the instruction of use to read it entirely (and also signed it).

Legal For Trade Verification (EICH-PCE-IS)

The verification procedure includes laboratory calibration process and certification according to the rules (legal for trade) of legislation / verification in Germany (based on the customers postal code (meteorology). The customers name and address is filled in. They are accepted all over the world.

ISO Calibration (ISO-PCE-IS)

The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and ISO certification. The customers name and addres is filled in. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.

Software Kit (PCE-SOFT-IS)

The kit includes a software for transferring the  weighing data to a PC or Portable and a RS-232-cable. The transferred data can also be sent to other calculation software as Excel ... The standard software is in English language (others are available (French, German ...). 

Printer (PCE-BP)

The printer is used for direct output of weighing data. It will be delivered including RS-232-cable, usb-cable, net adapter and 1 roll of paper.

RS-232-USB Adapter (RS232-USB)

In case your PC or Portable uses USB-Interfaces, you can use the adapter in connection with the standard RS - 232 - Cable. A small software (covering the actual drivers) is included.
