Tabletop balances are very
important for the actual economy. They are used in
industry, university laboratories, private
hospitals
.... as well as in all those places where
researches or d evelopmentents are being developed.
Different components for tabletop balances are
available according to the customer's need: to weigh packages, to
mix recipes or even hopper balances. We
are available to
help you assess our
balances
that best suit your
needs. For instance,
a register of data is sometimes required to meet
with the DIN ISO 9000 standard. Data can be
directly transferred to a PC by means of the software (next
image) to be processed, printed or registered with the
date and hour. As many of last generation computers
do not have RS-232 interface, we offer you an
optional adapter for USB interface.
Below you can find a selection of
the different optional components you can request for
tabletop balances:
Software for tabletop balances

PCE-BP1 Printer ISO
Calibration Certificate |
|
To meet with DIN ISO
9000 (quality assurance)
a laboratory calibration
can be performed (including
the calibration
documentation) or a
verification. This can
be carried out by the PCE-Group
company.
All our tabletop balances
come ENAC certified. If
you wish to obtain an
ENAC certificate,
contact your local
authorised laboratory.
Verification:
To meet with the CE standard, all tabletop
balances must be verified when they are used for one
of the following functions (as we have just pointed out,
verification can be carried out by the local
authorised verification centre or by the PCE Group company)
a) In trade relationships, when the price of the product
is determined by its weight.
b) To make medicines in pharmacy as well as detailed
analysis in medical or pharmaceutical
laboratories.
c) Official activities such as determining rates or
sanctions.
d) For the production of packages.
If
you require additional information about
verification of tabletop balances, or you are not sure
if you need a verified balances, you can contact your
local authorised Verification
Centre. Verification of
tabletop balances , only for those
that can be verified, can be done when balances are
ordered or they can be sent for a periodical
verification. Once an official verification has been
done tabletop balances cannot be recalibrated using an
external calibration weight. The first verification
is valid for two years, but each following
validation is good for one year and must be done
annually by the authorised verification centre
