The PCE-TG120 is a thickness gauge that is easy to use for all types of materials. This thickness gauge measures the thickness of walls and other materials accurately using ultrasonic sound. A different velocity of sound corresponds with each type of material. The device will be delivered from the factory with 5 different adjusted sound velocities for different materials. With this device, the user can determine the thickness of metals, glass, plastics and other homogeneous materials within seconds. The sound velocities can be adjusted by the user to ensure measurement of a more diverse range of materials. Due to the special design, it is possible to measure objects with edges. The device is will be delivered calibrated. An additional ISO laboratory calibration with certificate can be ordered with the device or if an annual recalibration is required.

Optional accessories - ISO laboratory calibration certificate For companies that wish to include the thickness meter as one of their internal tools or for annual recalibrations. The ISO certification includes a laboratory calibration and a document with all the measurement values.
- Coupling gel The standard kit includes a tube of coupling gel. If you are aware that you have to perform many you can order more gel from us. We recommend that you use the coupling gel to improve the contact between the sensor head and the object that is measured to protect the surface of the object from the sensor.
