Laser
level
Laser level are used for accurately determining the
distance of an object without contact by way of a la ser.
These laser distance level are frequently used in the
industrial sector
and especially with the professions relating to
construction, such as carpentry, masonry, by locksmiths,
etc. These laser distance level are attractive due to their ease of
use and their high level of accuracy in the results
recorded. They come with a Leica lens, the world leader
in producing optical laser level. They can measure,
store the readings to memory and determine the surface,
the volume or height showing these on their display. We
also offer laser level for fixed mounting for
multiple applications in the industrial sector such as
position testing, testing coil weight, etc. There are
also laser level that can measure longer distances
with a range beyond 1000 meters. Finally, we offer
mechanical laser level such as odometers for
measuring large distances. If you don't find the
laser level

There are accessories for some of our laser level to
make the measurement easier as well as to help you with
it. For instance, the fixed target or the goggles.
 |
 |
 |
|
The laser fixed target makes it possible a better reflection
from a long distance to the specific target. (it is
recommended from 40-50 metres). |
If you wish to better view the target,
laser level should have a
telescopic sight integrated
(if they do not have any) |
laser level operate with Class II laser. In general there is
not any danger at using this laser. Goggles can be used to
view the laser point properly. |
Below you can see some illustrative photos of laser
level in use. These devices are invaluable for
architects, painters, welders, urban planners,
decorators, for cleaning companies, for topography or
professional planners or estate agents...

Franz Noser is one professional who is saving money by
using laser level many years ago. “When I wanted to
measure the height of facade, I needed a ladder. Almost
always, I needed an assistant to hold the ladder and the
measuring tape. Our acrobatics on the stairs during the
measurement of very tall buildings were both dangerous
and quite inaccurate. Even these measurements seem to be
easier with the help of laser level”.
laser level: Clas types:
Our devices operate with laser Class II. Here we will
give you information about three laser types. Laser
Class I is a low power laser, we could be looking at
this laser for hours. In theory there is some danger
with this laser type however it is well encapsulated in
its case and there is not any direct contact (this laser
type does not have any compact disc for instance). Laser
Class II are visible lasers (i.e. a colour laser) up to
a power of 3.. 10 W for all wavelengths. These laser
Class II would be dangerous for human eyes but nature
has adapted human’s eyes to the sunlight which is a
laser Class II. Our eyelids provide an exceptional
protection for laser Class II. The following laser Class
III is divided into two groups: a and b. Lasers Class
IIIa are visible and Lasers Class IIIb are not visible.
These lasers Class III can be found in a wide range of
applications in any sector of modern society including
diverse fields such as consumer electronics, information
technology (IT), analysis in science, medical
diagnostics, as well as in the machining, welding or
cutting systems in both industrial and military sectors.
In many applications laser benefits have to do with its
physical properties as the coherence, high monochromatic
and the ability to achieve extremely high powers as for
instance in the field of medicine. We should take
several precautions at dealing with these laser types
(for instance: goggles, danger indicators, etc). Our
laser level operate with laser Class II which are
harmless for human beings.
