Accelerometers
These accelerometers are for use in inspection, manufacturing and
production, and
laboratories. Accelerometers
are used to measure vibrations and oscillations in machines and installations, as well as in the development of
products such as tools or components. It's accelerometers provide the
following parameters: vibration acceleration, vibration velocity
and vibration displacement. In this way the vibration is recorded with
great precision. They are portable devices and their readings can be
stored and retrieved for later use. The manufacturer's calibration certificates
are included with your first order. Additionally, they can come
accompanied with ISO 9000 certification, either with the first order or
with it's annual recalibration as stated in the ISO manual.

The
PCE-VT 2000, 2600, 204 and 2700 accelerometers are used primarily
to determine vibration in machines and installations as relates to
vibration acceleration, vibration velocity
and vibration displacement.
With the help of these accelerometers, professionals will be able to
quickly determine in situ the actual situation and the cause of
vibrations, then be able to make the necessary adjustments and re-measure
to reassess the situation. PCE-VT 3000 series accelerometers can be used in the same way, but
it also has a function to analyze the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). For this reason, they are used especially for
investigation, in the development of machines and installations or also
to take measurements over a period of time in a test environment. |

The above image shows a portion of the parameters taken and analyzed by
the PCE-VT 3000. It can also determine and analyze the 'harmonics' with ease and
precision.
The upper image shows a fragment of the diverse parameters registered
and analyzed with the VT-300
accelerometer
as an analysis of frequency. You can also easily and accurately
determine and analyze “harmonics”. Accelerometers are normally used for
the control of machines rotational axis so the technician will be able
to determine and valorate the development of an axis with accuracy. In
case of a critical state, the axis may be replaced when the machine does
not operate. It is also possible to perform an acoustic valuation with a
noise meter (with
analysis of frequency). Critical frequencies which can
cause damage or annoyance noise level may be detected. Most of our
accelerometers
can be calibrated to meet the
ISO standard, so you can
include these accelerometers inside your set of internal quality tools
to calibrate them regularly to get a constant accuracy. In the
