This class II sound level indicator is an ideal device to measure sound and noise in different environments ,for example at the workplace, to check machines and in public places such as bars in residential areas. The PCE-999 professional sound level indicator can be used indoors as well as outdoors and ensures a high degree of accuracy. This device combines all the characteristics that you normally can find with more expensive equipment. Noise has become the biggest problem for some people. According to studies, one in five people consider noise to be a serious problem. The sound level indicator has been developed to meet the IEC 651 type II standard.With the PCE-999 you can take a sound measurement directly in the environment you need to. The software will help you to document the results on a computer or laptop.

Optional accessories
- Acoustic calibrator
Acoustic calibrator for a regular recalibration. The sound level indicator will be delivered calibrated but the sensor suffers oscillation over time.The acoustic calibrator can be recalibrated independently to provide optimal measurements.

- ISO calibration certificate
For companies that wish to include the device in their group of internal tools or for annual recalibrations (in cases when the calibrator is not used). The ISO calibration includes a laboratory calibration and a document with all measurement values.
