Force Meter PCE-FG K series Traction and compression force meter / internal memory / external cell / graphic display / statistic valuation / measurement of limit values / PEAK function / software included
The hand-held PCE-FG K series force meter measures pressure and compression force. The PCE-FG K series force meter has an external dynamometric cell with a 3 m cable. The PCE-FG K series force meter for traction and compression forces has two adjustable velocities which allow optimal real time record of traction and compression measurements. The PCE-FG K series force meter has a wide internal 8-position memory with 800 measurements. The measurement is manually performed by pressing a button or it can be automatic if the measurement rate has been previously set. The PCE-FG K series force meter has a reversible graphic display. This device offers a statistics valuation which includes details such as the number of measurements, total force, average force, max. and min. values, single values and histogram graphic representation. The PCE-FG K series force meter with external dynamometric cell allows to print data as a GLP/ISO protocol by means of a direct connection to the printer. The software included in the delivery enables a real time record as well as a valuation of the measurement values. The PCE-FG K series force meter also features the simultaneous display of max. and min. values. The following measuring units can be set: N, kg, g, lb and oz. The menu of the PCE-FG K series force meter is available in three different languages. The PCW-FG K series force meter uses gravitational force. Here you will find the PCE-FG series force meter with internal dynamometric cell. At the following link you will find the force meter that best suits your needs.

The PCE-FG K series force meter with dynamometric cell to measure traction and compression forces is delivered together with a software. The software allows the user to read and check values detected with the force meter. The force meter shows a traction and compression measurement with limit values. Below, you will find a statistical valuation of the measurement, max., min. and average value as well as the different settings of the PCE-FG K series force meter.

Optional accessories - ISO calibration certificate For companies that wish to incorporate the device into their internal quality control tools or for annual recalibrations. The ISO certificate includes a calibration and a document containing all the readings.
- RS-232-USB-Adaptor In case your PC or Portable uses USB-Interfaces, you can use the adaptor in connection with the standard RS-232 cable. A small software (covering all the actual drivers) is included.
- Printer Measured results can be recorded or printed as a report. In such report, data, time and the measurement description are included.
- Test position and adapter plates As our test positions are designed to be used with different force meter models, adapter plates are required to ensure that the force meter is fixed to the test position.
- Test position The force meter can be combined with any of the three test positions we have available. Two test positions are equipped with a crank and other one has a motor. The effective use of the test position is in daily testing of materials in a laboratory and to maintain the same conditions, eliminating the possibility of human error. The technical specifications for the different positions are available at this link: Test Positions. Descriptions of test positions can be found within the corresponding on-line category: force meters.

Notice: The internal dynamometric cell does not need any maintenance, it is light and characterised by its long working life. In the manufacturing of the dynamometric, only high quality materials are used to ensure the maximum safety and duration. The force meter has an overload range. In case of being exceeded the dynamometric cell will be destroyed. When choosing a force meter for your work, please take into account the measurement range and choose a force meter model with a higher range than the measurement you wish to perform.
