PCE-FG series precision force tester for measuring traction and compression / internal memory with manual or automatic record / graphic display / measurement of limit values / PEAK function / RS-232 port with software included
The PCE-FG series precision force tester is a very accurate portable device. The PCE-FG series precision force tester has an internal dynamometric cell to measure traction and compression forces up to 500 N (50 kg) depending on the model. The PCE-FG series precision force tester considers gravitational force of the measurement place in order to get a higher accuracy of 0.05 %. Gravitatory force can be manually set or with the help of GPS. The PCE-FG series precision force tester has two measuring velocities to get a real time record thanks to the measurement rate up to 40 values per second. The PCE-FG series precision force tester has a graphic display to view stored values. Three languages are available: Spanish, English and German. The display of the force tester can be turned at 180°, allowing the readings to be visible regardless of the position of the device itself. Measurements can be manually stored or by pressing a button if the measurement rate has been previously set (0.1 to 99.9 s). Its large memory allows to store 8 memory positions with 800 measurements each, which can be individually identified and saved. The PCE-FG series precision force tester offers a statistics valuation which includes details such as the number of measurements, total force, average force, max. and min. values, single values and histogram graphic representation. Data can be directly printed if the PCE-FG series precision force tester is connected to a printer. A simultaneous indication of the current value and max. and min. values allows to obtain the PEAK function. The following measurement units are available: N, kg, g, lb y oz. The PCE-FG series precision force tester can be calibrated by means of an external calibration weight in order to balance the natural deviation of measuring instruments. At the following link you can find the force tester which will suit your needs.

The PCE-FG series force tester with dynamometric cell to measure traction and compression forces is delivered together with a software. The software allows the user to read and check values detected with the force tester. The force tester shows a traction and compression measurement with limit values. Below, you will find a statistical valuation of the measurement, max., min. and average values as well as the different settings of the PCE-FG series force tester.

Optional accessories - ISO calibration certificate For companies that wish to incorporate the device into their internal quality control tools or for annual recalibrations. The ISO certificate includes a calibration and a document containing all the taken readings.

- RS-232 USB Adaptor In case your PC or Portable uses USB-Interface, you can use the adaptor in connection with the standard RS-232 cable. Software (covering all the actual drivers) is included.

- Printer Measured results can be recorded or printed as a report. In such report, data, time and the measurement description are included.

- Test position and adapter plates As our test positions are designed to be used with different force tester models, adapter plates are required to ensure that the force tester is fixed to the test position.

- Test position The force tester can be combined with any of the three test positions we have available. Two test positions are equipped with a crank and the other one has a motor. The effective use of the test position is in daily testing of materials in a laboratory and you wish to maintain the same conditions, eliminating the possibility of human error. The technical specifications of the various items are available at this link: Test Positions. Or you can see the details of the test items in the respective description of the online category: force testers.

Notice: The internal dynamometric cell does not need any maintenance, it is light and characterised by the long working life. In the manufacturing of the dynamometric, only high quality materials are used to ensure the maximum safety and duration. The force tester has an overload range. In case of being exceeded the dynamometric cell will be destroyed. When choosing a force tester for your work, please take into account the measurement range and choose a force tester model with a higher range than the measurement you wish to perform.
