CPC-401M
pH tester
with special electrode for
sausage, meat, cheese
device to
measure pH in the food
sector
|
|
This
CPC-40M pH tester comes with a
special electrode for the food
processing industry. With this
electrode the CPC-401 pH tester
can be used for the inspection
of meat, sausage, cheese ... as
well as this adaptable
temperature sensor warns the
user about the
proper temperature for
consumption. Temperature, pH and
other values can be viewed in
the large LCD display of the CPC-401
pH tester. The CPC-401 pH tester
has a water resistant housing to
be properly cleaned after each
use.
The direct contact of
the electrode with the food
ensures a quick response time
as well as stable measurement results.
Calibration is automatically
performed by means of diverse
limiters which are stored in the
memory using the corresponding
calibration options. Calibration
details can be stored in the CPC-401M
pH tester for a total of 3 pH
electrodes. These details can be
later recalled by means of the
keyboard.
This function is very important when
different electrodes are being
used. Optionally, you can order REDOX and conductivity
electrodes. If you need an
easier
pH tester for food we
recommend the
PCE-228M pH
tester. Here you will find general information
about the pH value:
pH definition.

There is available an
additional penetration point
to be adapted to the
electrode for a deeper
measurement of meat,
sausage, cheese ...
|

The
point makes it possible an
easier penetration in the
measured object. Apart from
the pH value, temperature
value is also determined.
