	Calipers Digital calipers are devices used to measure length. Calipers have both inward and outward-facing points. Calipers may come with a clamping screw to be used as adjustable gauges. Measurements are taken directly by means of the calipers. They are very solid and very easy to use. Diverse measurements can be taken quickly in many different places. 	Calipers Digital calipers offer to the customer a very easy and quick reading of the measuring values in relation to the conventional ones. Thanks to their big display, mistakes can be avoided. Digital calipers are more precise than nonius calipers. Measuring procedure Press the key ON / OFF to start the calipers. Press the key inch/mm to select the desired measuring unit. Move the sliding end up to the desired position. Press ZERO. Measurement will be taken when the sliding end is moved. The measuring value will be continuously displayed. Functions of the Calipers Measuring units can be selected or changed in any position (key inch/mm). Reset of the display in any position. Difference and control measurements (key ZERO). Change of the battery When the reading is weak or there is nothing displayed, you must change the battery. Remove the cover of the battery compartment in the direction of the arrow to open the cover. Now, remove the battery. The new battery must be placed with the positive terminal upwards. Calipers works with SR44 batteries. Problem solving. If there is any problem with the display, batteries must be changed. If the problem remains, the battery must be removed from the battery compartment and all the contacts must be cleaned. When the calipers show a fixed value even if the sliding end has been displaced, perhaps the electronics are damaged. So, remove the battery and reset the calipers again.
