	Most of our products are precalibrated by the manufacturer. In case you need a special calibration certificate, we have the ability to do the ISO 9000-, QS 9000-, GLP-, GLM-, DKD- Certification for you. The calibration certificates for test equipment, measuring instruments, scales and balances do have worldwide acceptance and
	validity. The DIN ISO Calibration Process explained at ordering a thermometer: The customer orders a thermometer with calibration certificate. The laboratory calibrates this thermometer at two temperature points (the customer can e-mail two temperature points he whishes to us, example: -10 °C and +60 °C). The calibration procedure/ process will be documented and the customer will receive a special certificate for this thermometer including customers company name and address. In case of scales and balances the customer will receive a DKD-Calibration Certificate (DKD: Deutscher Kalibrierdienst / German Calibration Services). DKD is a service monitored by the state for ensuring high quality requirements, e.g. in production flows or research. The DKD laboratory is accredited by the PTB (Physikalisch- Technische Bundesanstalt (Ref.- No.: DKD-K.-11801).
	For adjusting / calibrating of scales and balances, we use the postal area code. Why? Balances have to be adjusted for their location of use, due to varying influence of gravitational forces. You only have to order - We take care on the process and certification!
