The inspection scale 3590 series allows monitoring weights of various production paths. Therefore the inspection scale offers the option to record information on product names, product density, normal weight, three tolerance thresholds, taring weights as well as recording the number of statistical measurements for a maximum of 1,000 products. With those data the inspection scale is able to perform assignments of the weighing good. Therefore the inspection scale is able test the content of every single item as well as checking randomly items of a delivery. The inspection scale 3590 is able to calculate the package volume from its density and indicate the values in ml. The inspection scale is able to administrate a maximum of 10 product lines. Product line and number must be fed-in manually via the display of the inspection scale 3590 series. The calibrated edition of the inspection scale can be used to classify products according to directives (76/211/CEE) (accepted/not accepted). Please consider that the data can be only printed out according to the directives with the optionally purchasable printer. Alternatively the data can be also stored on a USB stick or transferred to another computer by means of the optionally purchasable equipment. Optional Equipment for the Inspection Scale

ISO calibration / certification MIII
In order to fulfill the directives, the inspection scale has to be calibrated before use. The calibration can not be performed subsequently. Only initially calibrated inspection scales can be recalibrated. The calibration is valid for two years.

Control lights OBCLTP
In order to indicate the classification by the inspection scale in demonstrative way, the control lights (RED / GREEN / YELLOW) can be mounted to the display. Thus the user can see immediately how the item is classified.

Printer OBTPR
The inspection scale can only fulfill the 76/211/CEE directives by means of this printer. Thus a purchase of the printer is recommended. It can be mounted to the inspection scale.
