Thermal camera for professionals PCE-TC 3 
with high resolution and comes with software

At the core of this thermal camera is an uncooled focal plane array with a resolution of 160 x 120 pixels. The thermal camera PCE-TC 3 is ergonomical and easy to use with only one hand. Thanks to its light weight of only 750g, it's ideal for the analysis of machines and systems, for thermographics in construction and many other applications. The thermal camera PCE-TC 3 offers a measurement accuracy of ±2ºC or ±2% within a temperature range of -10ºC to 250ºC, and with a sensitivity of only 0.15ºC. Two moveable points can be manipulated in situ on the camera's colour display upon which the corresponding temperature is shown. This device also allows the user to automatically see the Hot-Spot and Cold Spot, and can measure the difference in temperature. With these top-of-the-range functions, irregularities can immediately be spotted and appropriate measures can be taken in situ. The integrated laser pointer allows for the device to be accurately aimed to ensure that the correct area is being measured.
Images that are saved to the camera's SD memory card can be transferred to a computer via the USB port or it is also possible to take measurements while the camera is connected to a computer. Software comes included and it does more than just allow for analysis of thermal images: it permits the user to generate reports without extensive knowledge of or experience using the device. Software

The images captured are sent from the SD memory card to a computer. The software allows access to all the pixels in the image and the opportunity to adjust the parameters such as emission value, temperature, humidity and distance.

ISO calibration and certification
An ISO calibration certificate can be acquired for this thermal camera. In a laboratory certification and calibration for the ohmmeter, a certificate of control is issued with the details of your company so you can register the devices in their intra-corporate consortia ISO control instruments. This document also certifies that such devices may again be adjusted according to national standards. Below you will find more information on calibration:

Calibration: The control of the accuracy in the measurement magnitudes of the thermal camera without the intervention of the measurement system. Calibration also refers to the determination of the systematic deviation of the thermal camera display in relation to the real value of the measured magnitude.

Calibration document or certificate: Document with the technical properties of the thermal camera according to the national organization of measurement.

Calibration interval: To perform correct measurements, the thermal camera must be calibrated at regular intervals. This period of time is called calibration interval. It's difficult to determine this period with accuracy but you should consider the following factors:

• Performance of the measuring instruments
• Frequency of use
• Operating conditions
• Previous calibrations stability
• Measuring accuracy required
• Determining factors of the quality control systems used by companies

This means that the user is responsible for checking and controlling the interval between calibrations. We recommend that this calibration internal should be between 1 and 3 years. We also offer the user our expert advice to solve any questionss related to the process of establishing calibration intervals or any other technical questions.

Take into consideration:
The accuracy of the calibration depends on the thermal camera and the sensor combined. In the case of the PCE-TC 3 thermal cameras, this means that the calibration should be done for up to four temperature sensors.
