Energy Meters
Or wide range of energy meters offer many solutions for different applications. Electricity is essential today, and it is therefore necessary to determine the energy consumption by using energy meters. EasyCounter energy meters are designed for a quick and easy way to test the energy usage of your devices. Our other devices measure other parameters such as current and power voltage. The PCA-PA6000 and clamp ammeter measure the energy in single phase systems. Energy meters such as PCE-62 GPA measure the energy in three phase systems such as those found in AC Domestic systems. Professional measurement of power and energy of single-phase and three phase can be performed with equipment such as the PCE-PA8000, the PCE-360 and PCE-830. The devices equipped with internal or external memory have three to four clamps and three measuring channels and they can therefore measure simultaneously several multiple parameters. The PCE-830, in addition to measuring the energy, is also a network analyser that determines harmonics and phase differences. In the large LCD screen, several parameters are simultaneously shown. Energy saving, alternative and renewable energy sources are all current issues and close to many peoples hearts. All these issues involve the need to measure the amount of energy we consume. This is where energy meters are important. From the single-phase hi-fi equipment in the living room to the drill used in industry, it is necessary to determine the power consumption to detect and then implement cost savings. In addition to the measurement of energy consumed, energy meters can also record the energy produced by photovoltaic and wind parks. In the measurement of total energy, we have to add the power consumed over time. Energy meters measure current and voltage. Multiplying both magnitudes we get the power witch multiplied by time, gives the result of energy consumption. In addition to the active power, the reactive power is also measured in  industry. This occurs with inductive or capacitive loads, which cause a gap between current and voltage. Reactive power has no real character which can be used and it only appears when there are inductors or capacitors in the circuit. However, it should be noted that the utility power or energy is not stable if reactive power exists.
